Krome Events is an events company based in Manchester, UK. We organise and promote events, primarily focusing on student nightlife and entertainment events.
3. Ticket Sales
3.1 Purchase of Tickets
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the circumstances set out in section 3.2 below.
Tickets are sold subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse any order.
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
3.2 Refunds and Cancellations
If an event is cancelled by us, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. We will notify you of any cancellation as soon as possible.
If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may be entitled to a refund at our discretion.
We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred in relation to a cancelled or postponed event.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your ticket purchase within 14 days of purchase, unless the event takes place within 14 days of purchase.
3.3 Age Restrictions
All events are subject to age restrictions as specified for each event. It is your responsibility to check age restrictions before purchasing tickets.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet the age requirements or cannot provide valid ID.
3.4 Entry and Conduct
Entry to events is at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event for reasons including but not limited to:
- Failure to comply with age restrictions
- Intoxication or disorderly behaviour
- Failure to comply with venue rules
- Any behaviour that may endanger or disturb other attendees
No refunds will be given if entry is refused or you are removed from an event.
4. Membership
If you purchase a membership, the following terms apply:
- Membership benefits are as described at the time of purchase
- Membership is non-refundable once purchased
- We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable notice
- Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Krome Events or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
